Role: Product Consultant Location: Hartford, Connecticut, USA, 06108 Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for "Technical Lead" to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience in AWS Angular and .Net Core. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to lead a team in a hybrid work model. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. The role involves overseeing technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and contributing to the company's innovative solutions. Responsibilities Having good experience on Onshore Tech Lead with 8-11 years' experience Strong technical development skills .Net Core Entity Framework, Rest API Experience on ML\AI\GenAI Should have team lead skills and able to lead a team with excellent communication skills and customer interaction abilities Must have exposure to .Net core , Angular/React with AWS and Strong OOPS fundamentals Should be very strong with .Net fundamentals and need prior experience in .Net Core Good to have Exposure to Node Should be very proficient in SQL queries Beyond writing complex queries the candidate should also understand the performance implications and should be able to write optimized queries Must have excellent interpersonal skills Should be proficient in writing extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks Should have thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system Required Skills : .NET Core with Entity Framework, C#, Dependency Injection, AWS, Angular\React with Node.js, Python(recommended), CI\CD concepts Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $93,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
