Job Summary
Matrix Service is currently searching for a Craft Recruiter. Based in our Houston, Texas office the Craft Recruiter is responsible for assisting in all recruitment efforts of Craft candidates for assigned Business Units nationally as needed. This role will entail close interactions with field operations, hiring managers and Business Unit leaders to identify hiring needs and provide guidance with solutions related to recruitment. The Craft Recruiter will be responsible to execute full life cycle craft recruiting and employment activities. Tasks will include but are not limited to creating and managing requisitions including: assess job specification criteria, identify screening questions and skills testing, determine candidate interview approach. Interview potential candidates as well as gather and consolidate feedback from interview team, and negotiate job offer details with candidates. Craft Recruiter must identify and stay current on market trends in the marketplace that impact ability to support project staffing. Essential Functions
