Pay Rate: $28.00-$30.00/hour (based on experience & education)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll be the quality gatekeeper, ensuring every part and product meets the company's high standards and regulatory requirements. You'll:



  • Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies.
  • Utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, depth gauges, CMM, and optical comparators.
  • Conduct receiving, programming, and first article inspections.
  • Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Assist with and lead cross-functional training programs for quality staff.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in receiving inspection activities.
  • Support Quality Assurance Engineers, production, and purchasing teams.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain complete compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and internal quality policies.
  • Train fellow inspectors and contribute to developing inspection protocols.

What You Bring:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an FDA- or ISO-regulated manufacturing environment
  • Background in electromechanical or medical device manufacturing is highly preferred
  • Proficient with precision measuring tools and inspection software
  • Thorough understanding of component testing, product validation, and inspection documentation
  • Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting it right the first time
