Our Core Values Perseverance / Integrity / Family / Stability / Competency Roles and Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain building automation systems using the Honeywell Niagara Framework (including Niagara 4) Collaborate with project managers and other team members to design and implement automation solutions for new and existing building systems Integrate third-party systems with Niagara-based BAS, ensuring compatibility with HVAC, lighting, energy management, and other building systems Diagnose and resolve technical issues within building automation systems and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance Provide technical support and training to building owners, facility managers, and other stakeholders on the BAS operation Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including system configurations, software versions, and technical support procedures Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Requirements Experience with Honeywell Niagara Framework (Niagara 4 is preferred) Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting control, energy management, and other building systems Proficient in BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and other communication protocols Strong programming skills (e.g., JACE, Workbench, and other related tools) Familiarity with troubleshooting and diagnostics tools for BAS systems Niagara Certification (preferably N4 Certified) is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex systems Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and ensure high-quality work Physical Requirements Sedentary work.
