JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design, develop, and optimize fluid systems for various applications.
* Create detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
* Perform thermal and mechanical calculations to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
* Select appropriate components and materials to meet performance and cost targets.
* Lead and manage projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams.
* Prepare project documentation, including design reports, test plans, and user manuals.
* Conduct simulations and prototype testing to validate design performance.
* Analyze test data and implement design modifications to improve system performance.
* Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in refrigeration and chiller technologies.
* Identify opportunities for innovation and propose new design concepts.
* Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance product quality and reduce costs.
* Provide technical support to customers and sales teams.
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues in the field.
* Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on system operation and maintenance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in Pressure Vessel / Piping System design.
* Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks and related PDM).
* Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.
* Experience with simulation and analysis software (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB).
* Experience with CFD Thermal and Static Structural analysis.
* Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASME, ASHRAE, AHRI).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* Familiarity with DFM principles and manufacturing processes and quality control.
