Job Details The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to multiple Vice President level employees. Required to provide full clerical, administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature. Has frequent access to highly confidential information and files. Must have a thorough understanding of the content of the supervisors' job and method of operation. This implies an understanding of department and TJUH operations and procedures.Job Description

Education and Experience: High School Diploma required, Bachelors degree a plus OR college-level coursework in accounting/business administration preferred Three or more years of secretarial experience and proficient administrative skills, preferably in a healthcare setting.
