Coating Technician

• Come join our team! We currently have multiple exciting Permanent (Direct Hire) opportunities in Cockeysville, MD for Coating Technicians creating, testing, and maintaining electrodes for various applications.

• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrode Coating Technician to join our team.
• As an electrode technician, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process by creating, testing, and maintaining electrodes for various applications.
• Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will ensure the successful production of our products.

• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferably running machinery.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of electrode manufacturing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to perform precise measurements and detect small variances in the process that may affect product quality.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to comprehend written instructions and to clearly document and record the results of the work performed.
• This position will require standing for most of each day
• Basic computer skills are necessary.

• Coating and/or Calendering skills are a plus.
• Experience as an electrode technician or a similar role is preferred.
• Excel experience is highly preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent
