Job Description Summary

As Enterprise continues to grow in size and complexity, so has our need for a robust Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. Enterprise is happy to announce our search for a newly added position of Senior FP&A Analyst. The Senior FP&A Analyst will join Enterprise's corporate finance team and report to the Director of FP&A. This position will play a significant role in all aspects of Enterprise's FP&A processes ensuring that the organization's commitment to excellence and impact is balanced with being financially prudent with its resources and operational decision making. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and computer skills in addition to the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, complex, team-oriented environment. This role is crucial in driving financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Ensure models are accurate, reliable, and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • KPI Design: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track business performance. Ensure KPIs align with strategic goals and provide actionable insights.
  • Quarterly Performance Analysis: Prepare quarterly performance reports, highlighting key financial metrics, variances, and trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Expense Analysis: Analyze and monitor expenses, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization. Provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency.
  • Project Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis of projects, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.
  • Project Management: Assist in the development and administration of the periodic forecast and annual budget process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in project analysis, KPI design, expense analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Adaptive or similar systems such as Hyperion-Essbase, Workday, Tableau, TM-1 or PowerBI a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work across a multi-faceted organization and with numerous functional leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

The base salary for this role is $100,000 to $110,000, depending on level of skills and experience.

The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
