Job Summary

The SEMI Specialist will serve as the technical expert in the commercial growth of CSA Group's compliance program for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role is critical in establishing CSA Group as a leader in this space by providing technical guidance, guiding customers on compliance with SEMI Standards, and supporting the growth of this business segment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, regulatory compliance, and industry standards.

Your Tasks

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on SEMI Standards and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Provide technical direction and mentoring within the assigned product group.
  • Support the development and execution of CSA's new semiconductor equipment compliance program.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements in support of projects and technical reviews.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with key industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with New Account Managers to expand CSA Group's presence in the semiconductor industry.
  • Respond to technical inquiries and provide expert guidance to internal teams and clients.
  • Represent CSA Group at industry events, trade shows, and standardization meetings.
  • Stay current with evolving SEMI Standards and regulatory changes, ensuring CSA's services align with industry needs.
  • Participate in CSA Group's technical networks and contribute to international standards development.

Your Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (or a related technical field) with at least 8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment compliance.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEMI Standards and industry compliance processes, including SEMI S2, S3, S6, S8, S14, and S22, among other guidelines.
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements for semiconductor equipment.
  • Experience with product compliance, testing, and certification in the semiconductor industry.
  • Prior experience in business development or program expansion is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
