We are seeking to hire a Desktop Technician for a 15 week contract. Our client will be upgrading all devices to windows 11 for their end users. The Desktop Technician will meet with the internal end users to image or swap out their current device. Resources should have extensive experience supporting OS upgrades and using imaging tools. They will also need to have experience and knowledge of hardware swaps. Experience working alongside a team to upgrade and deploy multiple devices daily. Updating project documentation and times lines.
- Windows 10 Troubleshooting and basic end client network support skills- Primarily W10 -Hardware support for Peripheral devices (printers, mouses, monitors, etc.) Software Support (MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Outlook, etc.) -Customer Service highly important in this role. -Must have setup & support experience for mobile devices (email/cloud/settings setup) Customer Service is an critical part of this job. The users have a varying understanding of technology which requires someone with strong patience and interpersonal skills. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
