We are seeking a Program coordinator for our Clinical Research Data Services. On a day-to-day basis, the incumbent could expect to engage in the following activities: - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data services projects related to biomedical research. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, bioinformaticians, IT professionals, and researchers, to ensure project goals are met. - Develop and manage project timelines. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data governance standards. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. - Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Responsibilities:
Plans and coordinates the administrative, operational, outreach and promotional activities related to research studies that may be collaborative and independent. Serves as a subject matter expert.
- 50% Coordinates the daily activities and contracts related to one or more research program(s)
- 10% Assists in the development, coordination, and facilitation of trainings and workshops for internal and external audiences to disseminate research program developments and information
- 15% Plans, develops, and implements processes and protocols to support research aims
- 15% Serves as a unit liaison and subject matter expert among internal and external stakeholder groups, collaborates across disciplines and functional areas, provides program information, and promotes the accomplishments and developments of scholars and research initiatives
- 10% Develops policies, procedures, and institutional agreements on behalf of the program

Education:
Preferred Bachelor's Degree Preferred in Biomedical Sciences, Data Science, Epidemiology or a related field.
Qualifications:
Required: - Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a biomedical research or healthcare setting. - Strong understanding of biomedical research data and data management practices. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to biomedical data (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). - Experience handling Electronic Medical Records (EMR's) - Experience with research design and methodology - A high level of customer service
Preferred: - Experience with data analytics and visualization tools. - Familiarity with cloud-based data services and platforms.

Salary:
Minimum $75,000 ANNUAL (12 months) Depending on Qualifications The starting salary for the position is $75,000 but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
