Job Description
Intern - Molecular and Biological Research Division Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic student pursuing a technical degree in a four-year program or an advanced degree at a college/university to join Agilent's Life Sciences and Diagnostics Markets Group (LDG) as an Intern. This is an hourly paid position with a maximum work period of twelve months, primarily during the summer. Please note that no academic credit will be received for this position. About the Role:As an Intern in the Molecular and Biological Research division, you will support sales-related activities for high-performance Genomics and Pathology end-to-end workflows. These workflows include consumables, capital equipment, services, and software, with a focus on Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), Synthetic Biology, and Immunohistochemistry. You will gain hands-on experience navigating various steps of the technical sales process, with an emphasis on pipeline generation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Years Completed: Junior or Senior year in a 4-year degree program. Exception for a highly motivated Sophomore.
Geo Location: East Coast The intern pay rate for this position is $29.04 - $30.85 /hour plus eligibility for paid holidays and medicalbenefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay isdetermined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation or training. During the hiring process, a recruiter can share more about the specific pay rangefor a preferred location. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.
