Quality Control Inspector

What You Will DO:

*Responsible for identifying quality and process gaps and non-conformance issues on the bus.

*Must be able to read blueprints and use a variety of precision testing and measuring instruments.

*Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in ateam environment.

*Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet workload demands

*Clear understanding of the bill of materials as it relates to production completion.

*Ability to perform required duties with minimal supervision.

*Available to work overtime as required.

*Understand the Production Quality system and follow documented processes and procedures.

*Other duties as assigned

*HS Diploma or equivalent

*Experience with general assembly of a bus, truck and/or automobile.

*Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

*Computer and organizational skills

*Experience in the Bus Manufacturing would be ideal.

*Previous experience with 5S and lean manufacturing would be considered an asset.

*This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. Must be able to lift and/or move items over 25 pounds
