Inspire health. Serve with compassion. Be the difference. Job Summary Accountable for leading the Mobile Health Clinic including strategic planning, program development, budget, and staff. Leads program including site planning, day-to-day practice operations, marketing, community relations and staff management. Responsible for the strategic operations of the mobile health clinic to ensure the provision of quality services to patients, the promotion of teamwork among the staff, maintenance of the building and equipment, compliance with all applicable policies and procedures and operating within the approved budget.
Essential Functions

Responsible for community relationship development, directing outreach to community centers, churches, and other community-based facilities. Responsible for maintaining all relationships between Prisma Health, safety-net providers and site managers. Collaborates with Accountable Communities and Neighborhood Health Partners leadership, Marketing, PR, Community Relations and Business Intelligence to identify and target at-risk neighborhoods. Selects appropriate site locations and oversees relationship with site managers. Develops marketing strategy and all relevant marketing materials to reach target population to include printed materials, social media presence and grassroots campaigns. - Manages staff and all human resource related issues. Oversees and directs the daily operations of the practice including the development, implementation, and maintenance of department policies and procedures. Interprets, implements and educates employees on all practice policies and procedures, as well as hospital policies and procedures. Manages the Mobile Health Clinic budget, overseeing expenses related to staffing, supplies, operations, marketing, and other related expenses. Develops goals and objectives for individual professional growth and demonstrates effective leadership techniques to enhance productivity and employee morale. Manages human resources including hiring, orientation, training, discipline, and dismissal of staff. Monitors staffing levels in relationship to workload and makes adjustments as appropriate. Coordinates with hospital departments, including Emergency Room and Nurse Triage, as well as safety-net providers to develop strategy to treat non-urgent ER patients. Develops research and publication plan, collaborating with Care Coordination Institute, Business Intelligence, and other research-focused departments and organizations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
This job has direct and/or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire/termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility and disciplinary authority. Job will be considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health or affiliate and will have direct reports.

In Lieu of the education and experience requirements noted above, a Master's degree (Business, Management orHealthcare related field of study) and three (3) years in operations, strategic planning and/or clinical practice experience in a healthcare setting or community relations, marketing, PR or other related experience may be considered.
