Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead a comprehensive transformation initiative within our supply chain department. This role will be pivotal in redefining our processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, agility, and overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, project management, and change management, with a proven track record of successfully driving transformation projects. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Transformation Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. * Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain operations, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. * Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies. * Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and workflows by all stakeholders. * Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the success of transformation initiatives. * Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success. * Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes. * Reporting: Prepare and present regular updates to senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
