Position Overview

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Commander's Action Group (CAG) / Unit Program Coordinator to support the Commander at National Space Intelligence Center (NSIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The selected candidate will support the commander and the CAG by managing their calendar, tracking action items, draft executive briefings/correspondence, coordinating intelligence programs, and facilitating communication and collaboration to ensure efficient execution of the commander's vision. They will play a critical role in coordinating vital intelligence programs and fostering communication within the organization and with external stakeholders. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication and coordination skills.



Responsibilities

    Manage the CAG calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments
  • Ensure appropriate meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Attend meetings, capture key decisions, and track action items to completion
  • Coordinate intelligence programs, align programs with organizational objectives
  • Track program progress and provide regular reports and briefings to leadership
  • Manage program documentation and prepare briefings
  • Facilitate information flow within the intelligence center and with external stakeholders
  • Support the Commander in executing their vision and ensure the smooth operation of intelligence programs
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS clearance with SCI adjudication
  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years experience, or Master's degree with 5 years experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write executive level briefings, talking points, and speeches
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proficient in managing complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in program management, executive support, or related functions
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex schedules and tracking action items
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with military protocol, customs and curtesy, as well as intelligence community functions and processes

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Prior experience in a leadership role, demonstrating ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Experience working in a military environment
  • Experience with United States Space Force (USSF) or Intelligence Community (IC) organization, mission, roles, and responsibilities
  • Experience developing training material and presenting in a classified environment


Global Comp

$100,000 - $150,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
