The opportunity Reporting to the Director Center for New Americans, the Program Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of the Amiko Youth Program by providing daily program support, volunteer coordination, and resource management. Joining a passionate, dedicated team, you will play an important part in creating a welcoming, organized, and engaging environment for youth, families, and volunteers. With a hands-on approach, you will keep programming organized, efficient, and impactful while promoting a sense of community. This is an onsite position. #LI-onsite Location: Manchester, NH Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST What you'll do:
- Provide overall administrative and operations support to the Amiko Youth Program team
- Provide in-person daily support within Amiko Youth programming including resource coordination, volunteer management, and classroom support.
- Manage all supply purchases and inventory in collaboration with the Center team, including managing the Community Closet.
- Develop vendor relationships according to program needs, ensuring cost-efficiency in procurement.
- Manage the maintenance requests for all program spaces. This includes IT needs.
- Oversee space-use coordination for internal and external programming and maintain a shared space-use calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Organize incoming in-kind donations and ensure appropriate distribution.
- Create organizational systems for program supplies and donations, keeping storage spaces well-structured and accessible.
- Check program mailboxes and distribute mail and packages.
- Take active ownership of updating accurate participant information in Procare, ensuring all required participant forms are uploaded and verified.
- Manage and conduct periodic audits of the Procare participant information system.
- Support the Amiko Youth Program team with parent and family engagement activities. This includes the monthly Amiko Youth Program newsletter, WhatsApp communications, and family shopping days.
- Capture and organize program photos for Procare, social media, and internal documentation, while ensuring that youth photo waiver procedures are followed.
- Draft and post engaging social media content while monitoring engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite).
- Support the scheduling and note-taking of weekly team meetings for the Amiko Youth Program.
- Participate as a strategic partner in the creation and revision of Amiko Youth programming to ensure continuous improvement and understanding of community needs.
What we're looking for:
- Years of experience: 2+ years of experience
- Degree(s): High School Diploma: Equivalent of experience in lieu of degree acceptable:
- Skill in data tracking, record keeping, and writing reports
- Previous experience working with youth in an after-school, daycare or educational setting
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $18.72 - $25.32.
