THE JOB: The Assistant Buffet Manager is responsible for assisting with all aspects of daily restaurant operations for Beau Rivage's Buffet. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Make daily floor plans per shift to ensure proper rotation and coverage of stations. Supervise floor service in the dining room during hours of operation. Communicate with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs of the guests or employees. Order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing; prepare purchase requisitions for outlets. Ensures high customer satisfaction and an exceptional guest experience. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 2+ years of relevant experience High School, GED or equivalent Has experience in leadership roles Has experience in Casino resorts, restaurants, or similar environments.
