This leadership role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in fast-paced settings, and enjoys guiding a team to success. As F&B Supervisor, you'll help oversee the daily restaurant and in-room dining operations while supporting a culture of excellence, creativity, and guest delight.

Situated in Milwaukee's vibrant Theater District, the hotel serves as a creative hub where music, design, food, and performance art intersect to create something truly unique. As part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, we engage a wide range of guests from theatergoers to culinary adventurers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise and support daily front-of-house operations in ARIA and in-room dining.
• Lead and motivate team members, providing coaching and training to ensure top-tier service.
• Ensure all opening and closing procedures are followed and that the restaurant is guest-ready at all times.
• Assist with scheduling, floor coverage, and performance feedback.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams for seamless private dining and event execution.
• Uphold Saint Kate's brand standards and inspire a culture of hospitality and creativity.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in food and beverage or restaurant supervision required.
• A natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and building team morale.
• POS and reservation system experience preferred (OpenTable, Micros).
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Enthusiasm for the arts and a desire to be part of a creative hospitality culture
