About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Reliability Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and sustaining high-performing, safe production systems. Your expertise will drive smarter material utilization, maximize uptime, and boost yield-directly impacting cost efficiency and operational excellence. You'll champion innovative process improvements that raise the bar for capability and exceed expectations, while empowering shift teams to achieve and maintain top-tier performance.

Role Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and prepare comprehensive specifications for equipment and production-related processes or methodologies.
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives and design projects that align with and advance the organization's annual cost-saving objectives.
  • Champion the implementation of Autonomous Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance practices to enhance operational reliability.
  • Engage directly with customers to communicate process deviations and share improvements, ensuring transparency and fostering collaborative solutions.
  • Investigate process deviations and drive corrective actions utilizing structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Consistently pursue continuous improvement activities to elevate organizational performance and support the company's strategic vision for world-class excellence.

Role Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a technical engineering role is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include 3-5+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
