We are seeking a Sailpoint Senior Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sailpoint IdentityIQ and Identity Management & Governance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the security of our applications while working close multi-functional teams. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.

• Lead the design and implementation of application security architectures to safeguard company assets.
• Coordinate the integration of Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions to improve identity management processes.
• Provide authority mentorship on identity governance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed security standard processes into the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information.
• Supervise and analyze security incidents to mitigate risks and prevent future occurrences.
• Work closely with IT and business units to align security initiatives with interpersonal goals.
• Ensure the continuous improvement of security measures through research and adoption of new technologies.
• Facilitate security training and awareness programs to educate employees on standard processes.
• Support the implementation of security tools and technologies to improve the overall security posture.
• Evaluate and recommend security solutions to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Give to the development of security-related documentation and reports for partners.

• Possess a deep understanding of Sailpoint IdentityIQ and its application in identity management.
• Demonstrate solid grasp of identity governance frameworks and standard processes.
• Exhibit proficiency in crafting secure application architectures and solutions.
• Have experience in conducting security assessments and audits.
• Show capability in defining and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Display superb interpersonal skills to collaborate efficiently with multi-functional teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging security technologies and trends.

The annual salary for this position is ($136,500, - $160,000) depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
