Video: What We Do

A Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for analyzing a company's processes and making suggestions on how to improve them. They work with Operations and Supply Chain teams to recognize opportunities, implement changes, and sustain improvements. Qualifications in business management, operations, and project management are required for this role. Continuous Improvement Specialists use methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to assess and optimize operations.

Key Accountabilities:



  • Leadership abilities to drive change and manage resistance.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify root causes and generate practical solutions.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Responsibilities include defining program objectives, evaluating and prioritizing improvements, securing employee commitment, and establishing implementation plans.
  • Process optimization through methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
  • Identifying and implementing changes to improve efficiency and productivity.



Competencies:



  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • Extensive experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership abilities to drive change and inspire others towards continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and make sound decisions.
  • Process optimization skills to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, statistics or a related field.
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean management, Process Improvement.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in process improvement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
  • Leadership abilities to drive change and inspire others towards continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and make sound decisions.
  • Process optimization skills to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Aerospace repair and/or manufacturing a plus.
