Position: Senior Product Support Engineer

Location: 1 Freedom Valley Drive, Oaks, PA 19456

Job Duties: The Senior Product Support Engineer relies on experience working with an application development organization, as well as in quality assurance of financial software application; enterprise content management performing quality assurance and production support; testing and implementing solutions to support the technical capabilities for financial document management systems and AFP and Xerox-based statement archival and retrieval; developing detail level project documentation, project plans, implementation plans, and project test plans; developing and implementing procedures for ensuring ongoing operations and proactive maintenance of the software or technology for a Financial Technology business; enterprise content management using Rocket Software's Mobius suite of products, which includes Mobius View (UI and API's) and Mobius for Windows (including the Archival, indexing, administration, and user entitlement); implementing and performing automated quality assurance plans using Test Complete; MS SQL; and Java, JavaScript, and PowerShell. The Senior Product Support Engineer is responsible for the following: analyzing, coordinating, and implementing automated quality assurance test plans based on business requirements; coordinating User Acceptance Testing with the development and production support teams; documenting and reviewing of business requirements for new development items; working with development staff to ensure they understand the work to be performed; utilizing core applications and/or database systems; providing oral and written technical problem root cause analysis, resolution and application support; serving the role as owner of Release, Upgrade, and Implementation projects and tasks; and participating in cross-functional teams to support business strategies as they change. Remote work is permitted.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus post-baccalaureate experience working with an application development organization. Must also possess seven (7) years of experience in quality assurance of financial software application. Five (5) years of experience with each of the following: Enterprise content management performing quality assurance and production support; Testing and implementing solutions to support the technical capabilities for financial document management systems and AFP and Xerox-based statement archival and retrieval; Developing detail level project documentation, project plans, implementation plans, and project test plans; Developing and implementing procedures for ensuring ongoing operations and proactive maintenance of the software or technology for a Financial Technology business; Enterprise content management using Rocket Software's Mobius suite of products, must include Mobius View (UI and API's) and Mobius for Windows (including the Archival, indexing, administration, and user entitlements); Implementing and performing automated quality assurance plans using Test Complete; MS SQL; and Java, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
