Department: Pricing

Reports To: Director of Pricing

Salary Grade: $75,156-$112,735 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As a Pricing Team Manager, you will plan for and lead a team of Margin Analysts who perform a variety of functions related to cost and price structure as well as item data. You will also facilitate improvement of processes, systems and people to improve margin accuracy and internal/external customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Assist with planning for department capacity needs, hiring processes, and developing and motivating team members
  • Work to improve productivity and increase margin accuracy.
  • React to quickly changing priorities and business opportunities.
  • Facilitate problem solving and strong relationships while addressing unique supplier challenges.
  • Communicate, coordinate and support all policies and procedures.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts while applying lean thinking and tools to eliminate waste.


YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Dot experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment
  • Excellent computer skills, experience in using Microsoft Office programs/applications


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • 2 years' of people management experience
  • Ability to influence desired behavior change with internal/external customers and vendors
  • Ability to work with/incorporate changes quickly, efficiently, and accurately


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Supervises: Margin Analysts working with various suppliers and product types.
  • Travel: Occasional overnight travel required (2-3 times per year). Ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane or train for training or meetings.
