Short Intro and About the Job The Senior/Associate Brand Manager will be a key member of our marketing team, who can adapt to new environments and teams. In this assignment, the ideal candidate will have a strong interest in channel marketing and leading projects that help to drive the Danone mission of Bringing Health Through Food To Everyone. This role will include managing high impact projects, including but not limited new launches, portfolio analysis and management, brand design adaptation, and day-to-day business activity (e.g., budget management, etc.). The ideal candidate will be both analytical and strategic, able to turn data findings into strategically told stories to influence senior leaders. They will demonstrate leadership of their responsibilities and projects, acting pragmatically and influencing across the organization to deliver with excellence. They will be a growth-minded leader who demonstrates grit, thinks and acts in a disciplined, yet disruptive way, and who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is part of a rotation program with the first assignment being Away-From-Home Marketing in the Beverage Creations business unit. The role can be based in either of our HQ locations: Louisville, CO or White Plains, NY. The expected duration of each rotation is between 12 and 24 months, and will be determined by a combination of matching development opportunities and exposure to different marketing competencies, and meeting business needs and priorities. Primary Responsibilities - AFH Marketing * Support the growth of Beverages (Coffee Enhancers, RTD Coffee) in the AFH channel, the largest sales-driving BU for the channel. * Support PC and Bulk business growth by leading: * Pipeline development (e.g., new products, line and pack extensions, LTOs) * Portfolio analysis and optimization * Create and manage deployment of marketing assets that support channel selling efforts, including creative (Mixology program, sell sheets), operational (PC racks), and business-building (trade show support) materials * Own the AFH Quarterly Report (QBR) for the team and deliver insightful analysis of business performance * Own the Beverage Creations AFH Marketing budget, strategically deploying and maximizing funding * Occasionally manage projects/workstreams that span across BUs or arise in other BUs * Facilitate connection and strategic alignment between the brand teams, AFH sales and the commercial organization to ultimately drive new growth opportunities and better manage the existing business Rotational Program - Potential Responsibilities/Opportunities Senior/Associate Brand Manager may be responsible for, but not limited to:

The base compensation range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000 commensurate with experience.
