We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Tech Writer to support our IT Project Managers in documenting complex systems, processes, and project deliverables. This role is critical in ensuring that technical documentation is clear, accurate, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with IT Project Managers to gather requirements and translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation. * Develop and maintain project documentation including system specifications, process flows, user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Participate in project meetings to stay informed of timelines, milestones, and technical changes. * Ensure consistency and compliance with internal documentation standards and regulatory requirements. * Create content for internal communications, training sessions, and stakeholder updates. * Manage version control and documentation repositories using various tools and platforms. *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. * Experience in technical writing, preferably within IT or software development environments. * Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and system development processes. * Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office Suite. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly. * Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
