Job Summary:

The Revenue Management Officer- Data Center will partner with Belden's Go-to-Market team to develop strategy & execute accelerated growth objectives through solutions offerings.

Responsibilities:



  • Solution Selling Strategy Development: Develop go-to-market action plans with internal teams for global Data Center vertical, including development of annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecasting. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored Belden solutions that meet customer requirements. Engage with senior leadership in strategic planning activities
  • Market Analysis: Identify and prioritize target customers, segments, regions, and channel partners
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Belden's Global Products and Solutions organization to drive innovation and refinement of the industry-specific use cases and solutions. Ensure full internal alignment around a tangible future solutions roadmap
  • Solution Selling Guidance: Provide hands-on support to front-line teams to create account plans, value stories, and engage customers in C-level discussions
  • Go-To-Market Solution Selling Acceleration: Participate and lead activities within and across Go-To-Market teams as part of an integrated, cross-functional pod
  • Confirm short term and medium-term key customer archetypes and ideal customer profiles in conjunction with the cross functional team
  • Priority -sell now, solutions/use cases confirmed, with Go-To-Market team aligned and trained


Required Skills and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in business or STEM, Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years building and executing sales plans at the client Executive level, global experience preferred
  • Data Center Functions, Systems and Architecture experience preferred
  • Experience leading and influencing large, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Experience in delivering growth via new account business development within the vertical
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Solution selling experience demonstrating client outcome-based value


Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $180,000 - 225,000, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
