Program Manager (NPI Materials) - 3+ years experience Summary The NPI Materials Program Manager will play a key role in material planning, forecasting, and readiness for technology and new product development. This role connects cross-functional teams to ensure seamless pre-production and supply readiness aligned with organizational goals. Our Ideal Candidate 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management and new product introduction (NPI) Passion for operational excellence with a strong foundation in supply planning, procurement, and program management Proficient in Excel with strong organizational and project management skills Familiar with Agile, SAP, Oracle, and manufacturing processes Skilled in collaborating with engineering, operations, finance, and procurement teams Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail PMP, APICS, CSCP, or CPIM certifications are a plus Job Description: In this role, you will manage material readiness and supply chain planning to support pre-production builds and technology development.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the team's overall success through effective planning and communication. Education / Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience - Background in supply chain, program management, or operations within manufacturing or OEM environments - Certifications in PMP, APICS, CSCP, or CPIM are a plus Additional Requirements: Please include your resume when applying.
