Winston-Salem State University, ranked the #1 HBCU and top NC institution for social mobility by CollegeNET, is laying the foundation for a new Inclusive Postsecondary Education ( IPSE) Program to support students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in accessing and participating in college life.
We're hiring a Program Manager to assist with coordination and planning during this early development phase. This role will support outreach, research, meeting logistics, and relationship-building with families and community partners-working closely under the direction of the program lead. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to educational access for all.

Minimum Experience/Education

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of experience in community outreach (paid or volunteer).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines.
  • Demonstrated interest in inclusive education and disability services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or willing to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work respectfully and effectively with diverse individuals and community partners
