The Channel team's mission is to build an excellent Ping Partner Network by investing in the growth of Value Added Resellers, Service Providers , Cloud Providers, Regional System Integrators and Delivery Partners . To accomplish this goal, we invest in Identians with Channel and Sales experience that focus on these partner types. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Cloud Alliances Manager. In this role, you will contribute to the Ping channel strategy focused on expanding our marketplace footprint through direct and indirect sales.

The Opportunity:

As a Cloud Marketplace Operations Specialist at Ping Identity, you will play a critical role in the success and growth of our cloud marketplace presence. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, optimization, and overall health of our listings across various cloud platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to contribute directly to our cloud strategy and drive customer acquisition.

What You'll Do:

Listing Management: Create, update, and maintain accurate and compelling product listings on various cloud marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace).

Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth and efficient operational processes, including order fulfillment, subscription management, and billing accuracy within the marketplace environment. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, customer feedback) to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Partner Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering) and external marketplace partners to resolve issues, implement best practices, and explore new opportunities.

Compliance and Governance: Ensure all marketplace listings and operations adhere to platform guidelines, legal requirements, and company policies.

Content Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize listing content (e.g., titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing) for maximum visibility and conversion.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on marketplace performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Marketplace Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, features, and policies of various cloud marketplaces. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any operational issues or customer inquiries related to marketplace transactions.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate marketplace operations for increased efficiency and scalability.

What You'll Bring:

2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or cloud marketplace management. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and familiarity with at least one major cloud marketplace platform (AWS or GCP). Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with marketplace automation tools and platforms. Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research. Understanding of software licensing and pricing models. Experience with Salesforce and order management systems.

USA: $75,000 - $89,710
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
