Bring your whole self. Role As a Senior Director, Learning and Development, you will lead all global Learning and Development initiatives across Medallia. Additionally, as a key member of the Culture, Experience, and Learning team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce by fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. This role reports directly to Medallia's SVP, Culture, Experience, and Learning. This role requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, enabling our diverse talent to excel and innovate. You will champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and development across the career lifecycle, while also overseeing our contingent labor program. THE LOCATION FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY IS FLEXIBLE BUT CANDIDATES IN THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA/DC AREA WILL BE PRIORITIZED WITH THE EXPECTATION THAT THEY WOULD PERIODICALLY ATTEND MEETINGS AND LEAD TRAININGS OUT OF OUR LOCAL OFFICE. Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $194,400 - $225,000 USD. This position is bonus eligible. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Medallia considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
