Job Overview

The Payroll Specialist I is responsible for providing administrative support to all the daily payroll functions in SAP and Workforce Dimensions for CCCI, for all Federal and State ID's. This position will process ad hoc payrolls for teammates based on correction entries. It will maintain deduction entries on employee records (i.e. union dues, CDL program, etc.). Communicate with current and prior employees to resolve payroll inquiries. Handle daily mail. Process replacement checks for direct deposit funds returned.

Duties & Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Experience with SAP or Success Factors would be most beneficial.
  • Experience with multi-state payroll processing is beneficial.
  • Experience with payroll processing and wage attachments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-3 Years of relevant experience
