As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Director of Pharmacy, youwill oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team.

Schedule: This position works 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday with shared on call responsibilitiesafter hours and on weekends. On a rare occasion, this position may have to provide weekend coverage.

Starting Pay:$140,000 - $160,000 annually (based on related experience).

Our patient focused team of highly trained specialists include orthopedic, ophthalmology, pain management, and spine surgery.Unity provides medical and surgical care with inpatient and outpatient services as well as diagnostic imaging. Many surgical procedures can be completed as an outpatient with patients returning home the same day for continued recovery. Those patients requiring an inpatient stay are welcomed to the inpatient unit where Unity offers those requiring a longer stay a private room. About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Required Qualifications:

• BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Indiana Pharmacist licensure in good standing
• Management experience in a healthcare/hospital environment.
• Oncology experience is preferred.
• Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program strongly preferred
• Ability to solve problems, establish trust and credibility.
• Demonstrated teaching, relevant professional publications and involvement with Professional organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, respond to client concerns and work cooperatively with other staff.

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months

• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity

• Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving

• HepB3 Series(or declination)

• (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1^st-April 30^th

• COVID Vaccine
