We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director, Partner Marketing Solutions. The successful candidate will leverage product marketing disciplines to define and deliver clear value proposition definitions, messaging, and partner marketing product/solution content that drives business growth and revenue expansion through our network of partners. Ideal candidates will have solid previous experience working with partners in the technology, finance, risk & compliance and/or accounting industries.

This Director, Partner Marketing Solutions role has a tremendous impact on the Partner Marketing trajectory and plays a key role in coordinating partner product, sales, and marketing to maximize growth. We are looking for someone that is passionate about positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers, decision-makers. Someone that is curious about technologies and industries. You seek to learn what differentiates partner products from competitors and distill that information into simple, informative, and easy-to-understand stories. We are looking for an evangelist who loves the partner products they support and can energize and rally internal teams around a common cause. A leader with excellent management skills, capable of mentoring and leading a team of high-performing partner solution marketers. Someone that is adaptable to the styles and needs of different stakeholders - sales, product management, marketing, and other go-to-market teams. They should be driven to position sales teams for success by creating quality materials that deliver clear stories through customer narratives.

About the Role

In this opportunity as Director, Partner Marketing Solutions you will:

  • Define and refine value propositions, unique selling points, and key messaging for our TR/Partner products/solutions/integrations, ensuring alignment with partner marketing goals and objectives.
  • Ensure messaging consistency when communicating joint value propositionsto the market and to internal/external teams and develop materials/tools that support partners and internal channels/segments in meeting their sales and revenue goals.
  • Lead the development and curation of high-quality, engaging content (e.g., sales sheets, data sheets, case studies, blog posts, webinars) that showcases our products/solutions and resonates with partners and their customers including tracking deliverables against plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and broader TR marketing organization, to ensure consistency and accuracy of marketing information and messaging, and in the development and execution of partner marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute co-marketing go-to-market plans for new product launches, updates, and promotions, working closely with both partner & internal TR teams to ensure successful launch execution
  • Analyze market research, customer feedback, and sales data to inform partner marketing strategies and optimize content and messaging for maximum impact
  • Provide TR/partner product marketing support for partner-facing events, trade shows, and webinars, including content development, presentation creation, and on-site support
  • Lead and manage a team of partner marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success
  • Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and ROI analysis for partner marketing initiatives
  • Present as a thought leader at partner events, conferences, and webinars to internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate with other Thomson Reuters divisions and teamson select ad-hoc projects.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Director, Partner Marketing Solutions if your background includes:

  • 5+ years of direct partner marketing experience
  • 7-10+ years B2B and B2C product marketing experience
  • Bachelors (or equivalent) required with a concentration in Product Marketing/Marketing, or business strongly preferred
  • Currently work in, or strong familiarity with, Finance, Cloud, Enterprise Resource Planning platforms
  • Experience building go-to-market strategies across segments, regions, and with partners
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence actions toward set goals in highly matrixed organization and in cross-functional settings
  • Creative thinker with tactical know-how and ability to prioritize and lead large scale projects in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data driven decision-maker
  • Track record of impactful and engagement-generating product marketing programs and campaigns
  • A desire to be part of a highly collaborative, fun, and focused team

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $135,800 - $252,200.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
