LOCATION: THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION THAT CAN REPORT FROM ANYWHERE WITHIN THE U.S. The Process Engineer will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and optimizing warehouse processes and systems within a Contract Logistics Warehouse environment. The role requires expertise in solution design, system configuration, testing, and training super users to ensure seamless operations. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance warehouse management systems (WMS), operational workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a flexible, self-motivated, and detail-oriented professional with experience in fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environments. They must excel in relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and teamwork, with a strong focus on assisting business super users in optimizing WMS applications. Key traits include patience, innovation, and persistence in overcoming resistance to change. The role involves documenting application configurations, support issues, user feedback, and FAQs, while also challenging legacy processes, promoting WMS best practices, and advocating for automation over manual workflows. Company Benefits: Medical $80,000-$90,000 *The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
