Position Function |
Ensure the direct supervision of campers, development and implementation of swim lesson plans. |
Minimum Education |
High School diploma or equivalent. |
Minimum Experience |
1. Experience in swim instruction required.
2. Must have ability to obtain agency approved First Aid/
CPR certification when assigned.
3. Must be 18 years of age or older. |
Minimum Other |
1. Proficient spoken and written English skills.
2. Possess strong judgment and critical thinking skills.
3. Possess the ability to make independent decisions in a fast paced environment.
4. Possess the ability to problem solve in a proactive manner.
5. Possess the ability to make sound decisions around participant safety and well-being.
6. Possess the ability to work cooperatively with others.
7. Possess the ability to relate well to children with Autism spectrum disorders and their parents. |
