Genesis10 is currently seeking a HR Technology Software Engineer with our client in the financial Industry located in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract position.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead and consult on complex initiatives impacting HR Technology platforms
  • Analyze multi-faceted engineering challenges involving software integrations and architecture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deliverables and compliance requirements
  • Support strategic HR system enhancements and contribute to long-term platform roadmaps
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements based on current and emerging technologies




Required Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, military experience, or education
  • 4-6 years of experience with Software Development Lifecycle
  • 4-6 years of experience with Software Development Methodologies
  • 1-2 years of experience with Workday HCM
  • 5+ years of HR Technology experience (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or Workday)
  • 2+ years of experience with Workday Studio and Integration Studio
  • 1+ year of experience with Workday Extend
  • 1+ year of experience with Workday Orchestrate




Pay Range: $60-70

Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
