The Team:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Client Engagement Partner with a desire to work with clients, who is looking to work in a fast-paced service environment.

The Role:
This role would be working directly with a Senior Client Partner in redefining, developing, and leading their clients. The primary role will be collaborating with clients while working directly with our Product Delivery Managers to help prioritize requests and manage timelines.
A successful candidate will be comfortable leading client meetings, communicating all client needs, from timelines, requirements, and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and expanding client relationships, driving sales, and delivering tailored solutions to meet clients' business needs.
* Client Relationship Management- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their business objectives and challenges.
* Sales Strategy and Execution- Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets. This includes identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
* Solution Development- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that address clients' specific needs, leveraging the company's products and services.
* Financial Management- Oversee the financial aspects of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability
* Market Analysis- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: Typically requires 2-3 years in the IT industry with a focus on sales and business development, particularly within the IT services sector.
Skills: Strong consultative selling abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of industry's dynamics.
Education: A bachelor's degree is often required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

What makes you successful:
Be the voice of the client. You care first and foremost about building that direct relationship.
Operate with clarity. You bring direction to a client and make it easy for everyone to know what's important.
Take personal responsibility for the team and the end product. The first thing that matters is that we get the job done.
Any experience working with and leading cross-discipline teams and external clients is great but not required.

As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is: $70k-$75k base+ bonus.
The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Digital Services' bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
