Estimator and Detailer

• Manage incoming estimate and bid requests, providing clear communication throughout the process.
• Follow up on open estimates to analyze win rates and refine future bidding strategies.
• Verify accuracy of awarded project data and ensure it aligns with job specifications.
• Confirm material specifications and pricing, obtaining quotes when needed.
• Generate accurate submittals for scheduled materials.

• High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of experience in project management or related field.
• Strong math, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical documents and communicate clearly with contractors and team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Comsense a plus.
• Background in construction or warehouse operations is helpful but not required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurance requirements.
