Description
Acara Solutions is seeking a high-caliber Director of Brand Implementation - Project Lead to drive the execution of a corporate rebranding initiative. Most of the strategic planning has been completed-this role will now focus on implementation, cross-functional coordination, and operational delivery.
This position can be worked %100 remotely

Acting as the project lead within the PMO, this individual will oversee execution across multiple departments, including Marketing, Legal, HR, IT, Product/Engineering, Finance, and Facilities. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, adept at managing senior stakeholders, and capable of bringing structure and momentum to a fast-paced, high-visibility initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, maintain, and execute detailed project work plans for each functional team involved in the rebrand
  • Lead and facilitate biweekly status meetings (2x/week) with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Prepare weekly executive-level status updates and support content development for Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings
  • Own and manage the overall project budget across all functions
  • Coordinate with and support procurement, scoping, and onboarding of third-party contractors/vendors as needed
  • Ensure accountability and momentum across all stakeholders and workstreams
Job Requirements
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Director-level background in project management, program leadership, or marketing operations
  • Experience leading corporate branding or rebranding initiatives at scale
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-departmental projects with tight timelines
  • Meticulous attention to detail; ability to track and drive tasks across multiple workstreams
  • Experience working with marketing, legal, and product/engineering teams
