Shift:Three 12-hour shifts, 1900-0730 weekend nights * Base Pay Range: $23.25 - $36.33 per hour, based on experience * Shift Differentials: Additional $5.00 per hour for weekend shift and additional $2.50 per hour for night shift * Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 o Note: Details will be provided during the HR interview. Surgical Specialties is a 28-bed unit dedicated to the care of surgical and trauma patients. This unit handles a wide range of complex general surgery cases, often involving abdominal interventions. We also specialize in elective bariatric surgeries. MU Health Care is proud to be a Level 1 Trauma Center. Our staff is expertly trained to manage trauma and acute care surgical patients with diverse diagnoses and injuries. Our patients frequently require the use of wounds, drains, braces, and specialized equipment. We work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapy, dietary services, social work, and consulting physicians, to ensure the highest standard of patient care.
