About Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. Scope of Work This Athletic Training Resident is a post-graduate athletic training position, participating in a clinical residency that provides athletic training services under the supervision of attending physician, Corewell Health Sports Medicines Staff, and meets program goals under the direction of Corewell Health's Athletic Training Residency Program Director. The candidate will participate in the department's educational program development and community service activities. Candidate will be responsible for meeting all the curriculum requirements of the Corewell Health Athletic Training Residency Program. General supervision and direction will be provided in patient care responsibilities. These responsibilities include providing clinical services to one or more physicians(s), working closely with physicians, other support personnel, and patients to ensure a well-functioning and efficient clinic with excellent evidence-based patient care.
