The Role AXS is seeking a Fraud Prevention Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. The Fraud Prevention Specialist is responsible for proactively identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities within our organization. What Will You Do? * Review and analyze transactions flagged by the fraud detection system for potentially fraudulent activity. * Assist in outbound phone calls to customers who have made potentially suspicious or high-risk ticket purchases. * Verify the legitimacy of orders by confirming customer details, purchase intentions, and payment information. * Verify the accuracy and legitimacy of customer information and payment details associated with transactions. * Collaborate with colleagues to gather information and insights that may help the investigation. * Weekend shifts are a requirement for this position. What Will You Bring? * High School Diploma or its equivalency * 1+ years of experience in fraud prevention or related role. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information. * Works well in a team and collaboration skills. * MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). * Knowledge of fraud detection tools and techniques.
