We partner with our customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their portfolio of assets. We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of consulting and engineering to installation and commissioning, to the last stages of decommissioning and remediation. Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.

Purpose:

The Senior Contracts Manager plays a critical role in supporting project delivery by managing the full lifecycle of contracts across complex, high-value initiatives within the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors. This role contributes to Worley's purpose of delivering a more sustainable world by ensuring that contractual frameworks support project success, mitigate risk, enable innovation, and foster trusted relationships with customers, suppliers, and third-party providers. • Act as a change enabler, supporting the implementation of new systems, practices, and processes that influence contract structures and delivery models.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on contract obligations, change orders, claims, and dispute resolution processes, ensuring issues are managed proactively and efficiently.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates, tools, and procedures to enhance agility, transparency, and commercial outcomes.
  • Work with senior leadership and project stakeholders to provide expert analysis and recommendations related to contractual risk, pricing models, and negotiation strategies.
  • Manage and mentor contract professionals within the team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Participate in the creation and execution of stakeholder engagement and communication plans that support successful contract implementation and adoption.
