Job Summary |
The Research Associate will join Professor Fan Zhang's group in the Department of Physics at The University of Texas at Dallas to conduct advanced theoretical and computational research in condensed matter physics. The focus will be on strongly interacting electron systems and machine learning-driven optoelectronic properties in two-dimensional materials. The position is full-time, beginning as early as July 1, 2025, and is initially for one year, with the possibility of renewal for up to two additional years based on performance and mutual agreement. |

The initial appointment will be one year, but is renewable for another one or two years, depending on the availability of funding and mutual agreement.
This position offers flexibility for remote work at the discretion of the supervisor.
