Purpose of the Job As a Retail Creative Producer, you will provide strategic and executional leadership across our consumer marketing as an integral member of the team. This is a temporary position of 3-4 months, with the potential to become a full time role. Your key responsibilities include overseeing the execution of global program initiatives and product launches across the creative group including resource allocation, brief alignment, timeline management, agency/vendor management, cross-functional representation and ultimately execution quality. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team on strategy alignment, go-to-market planning and execution across the various. You are capable of being adaptable to new directions while working under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Regional teams to plan creative projects, define milestones, assign resources, assess risks, and help projects meet business objectives, deadlines and budget requirements. Manage projects through strategy alignment, briefing, design development and production in partnership with key partners (Go To Market, Design Manager and Production in particular).
- Work closely with the internal creative team and agency partners to deliver exceptional creative work - showing a keen eye for great design and a focus on brand integrity.
- Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management, etc., and implement or drive required.
- Traffic all necessary projects requests from intake through final approval.
- Manage communication back to the Central Team, representing project status and share outs. Collect creative inputs and updates to socialize back into the Region to ensure brand consistency.
- Partner with Partner Marketing teams to obtain retailer requirements for various campaign deliverables (fixture specs, 2D graphic specs, sell-in timings etc.) to aid design development and production logistics and provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities. Proactively identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 - 10 years of experience managing the design and creative development of integrated marketing programs.
- Experience working in retail environments.
- Exceptional people management skills. Team focused with a proven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and drive results throughout a highly matrixed organization.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, and tech work environment in often uncertain and ambiguous circumstances.
- Ability to balance working in a creatively driven organization, with an analytical and disciplined approach to marketing.
- Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, flexible individuals with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills as well as strong presentation skills.
- Availability to commit to 40 hours a week for the next 3-4 months.
