Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of data analysts and cloud experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert in Azure Cloud technologies, providing strategic direction and oversight.

  • Oversee the monitoring and analysis of unified audit logs and managed appliances to ensure service health and identify potential vulnerabilities.

  • Lead efforts to analyze email hygiene application logs, collaborating with business owners to remediate issues and protect corporate domain and reputation.

  • Establish, maintain, and enhance security metrics and reporting frameworks to support executive decision-making.

  • Drive the monitoring and optimization of Microsoft 365, messaging, and Azure cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

  • Stay informed on the latest information technology trends and security standards, providing strategic enhancement recommendations.

  • Define and oversee the creation of operational and executive security reports and dashboards, integrating other security tools as necessary.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a track record of successful project delivery and process improvement.

  • Expertise in Azure Cloud security technologies, Microsoft 365, and messaging infrastructure.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in security tools such as Sentinel and Splunk, with experience in script development using Kusto Query Language (KQL) and PowerShell.

  • Knowledge of MDM tools such as Intune, Azure Identity and Rights Management, and Enterprise Mobility Suite.

  • Detailed knowledge of Internet protocols, firewalls, proxies, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

  • Ability to conduct multi-step breach and investigative analysis to trace dynamic activities associated with advanced threats.
