Staffmark is currently seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator to join our client's team in Miamisburg, OH. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a background in digital press operations.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:



  • Set up and prepare jobs by reviewing job jackets and gathering necessary materials
  • Operate digital press equipment, ensuring quality output
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment as needed
  • Monitor product quality throughout the run and make necessary adjustments
  • Follow production schedules and safety guidelines
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safe



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of experience operating a digital press
  • Understanding of press mechanics and auxiliary equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
