Do you have a passion for innovation? Staffmark has teamed up with a telecommunication repair company in Coppell, TX, and is seeking a Soldering Technician to join their team. As a Soldering Technician, you will work with telecommunication companies to complete repairs and assist them with optimizing their network infrastructure. Pay Rate: $18 - $19/hr.

Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday

Essential Tasks:

This role involves performing functionality and performance testing of electronic devices, troubleshooting and repairing down to the component level, and using soldering tools to replace defective parts. Responsibilities include accurately logging repair parts, configuring and managing system faults, and collaborating with engineers to enhance repair methods. The technician contributes to process improvements, ensures quality assurance, and participates in cross-training within clean and screen operations.

Qualifications: 1-2 years of related experience, active IPC-610 or J-STD certifications preferred.
