Pay: $19.50/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:



  • Manage customer contracts and ensure timely, accurate invoicing within the order processing system.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, responding to billing needs and inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations to ensure smooth billing processes.
  • Monitor key metrics such as average days to invoice, unbilled contracts, and on-hold billing reports.
  • Support team members to maintain service levels and workflow consistency.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team with payment issues and customer billing resolutions.



Requirements:



  • Previous experience in high-volume corporate billing is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
